Auckland, Off-street parking, stroll to beach and Half Moon Bay marina
,East Auckland. 25mins drive to Downtown, 10mins drive to Pakuranga
Plaza and Botany Town Centre. 10mins drive to Sylvia Park. 5mins drive
to Free indoor heated swimming pool at Lloyd Elsmore Park Leisure
Centre.
We provide heater, Tea/Coffee making facilities, electric blankets,
pillows, quilts, bath & hand towels, color TV and DVD player [lot of
DVD movies] free of charge. Weekly rent NZ$200 covers free use of
laptop, mini-fridge in the room /pwr/gas/wtr/separate phone in your
room/ free broadband internet line /parking/lawns as well as free use
of kitchen, living room and laundry.
It includes everything except meal.
There is also free use of the WebCam with instant messaging in your
room where you can talk and see your family and friends from all over
the world.
Long term lets preferred [Minimum stay: 4 months]
