Two bedroom, 1.5 bath, spacious, bright townhouse with washer/dryer, central air, patio, dishwasher, in-ground swimming pool, parking, in downtown area of Rochester. I'm a very friendly and very CLEAN person who likes to laugh and just chill out at home. I like it to be a peaceful, fun place to go to when I'm not working evenings as a newspaper editor. I'm no where near being a wild child, but I do like spending time when I can with my friends. I'm looking for someone I can "live" with, not just share space. Someone who's friendly and very clean. Someone who's responsible. We don't need to be best friends, but a friendly relationship is important. Females strongly preferred, but will consider a male if it's a great match. No smoking, please. Must have steady employment; references preferred. (I just rescued brother and sister kittens, and I'm working with them.
