My apartment is a two bedroom two bath. The rooms are totally seperate from each other. Each has its own bathroom located in the room and huge walk in closet. I live in a gated community, but its open during the day. At night security guards are located by the gate and constantly patrol the neighborhood, so its an extremely safe enviroment. The aparment has a huge kitchen spacious living room and a huge solarium. The complex has a huge gym, two pools and three playgrounds.
Smokers are welcome as long as its outside. I do have two cats, they are very lovable and kind. If the cats are and issue i can leave them in my room that way they dont roam about. I'm pretty much a clean and tiddy person. I don't care if your kind of messy as long as you clean up behind yourself :) I don't mind sharing my things and my groseries as long as what is used up is bought again. I'm not very loud. I work full time. My general visitor is my boyfriend who spends the night with me occasionally. I don't care if you have company or parties as long as your respectful.
Couples are welcome. Animals are welcome with a small deposit. And children are welcome as long as its not more than two of them. I've a very generous person and I am welcome to open my home to male or female of any orientation as long as your over the age of 18 and pay rent! :)
A deposit of $300 is required either to hold the room for you if you dont move in on the first or when you do move in. The first months rent is due up front for move in. $500.00. The rent includes cable with all movie channels, high speed internet, water, and electricity.
You are welcome to do what you want when living with me, it will be as much your house as mine. Just remember to be respectful of each and everything will be okay :)
