Requirements:
-2+ years experience within the real estate industry.
-Technically savvy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet
-Needs to possess real estate sales license and transfer to National Realty Inc.
-Excellent communication skills/ presentation skills/ interpersonal skills
-Must have exceptional organization skills.
-Must be able to follow company policy/procedures.
-Must be aggressive, goal-oriented, and highly motivated
-Must be able to work independently, and as a team.
Duties:
-Must attend National Real Estate Investment (NREI) club meetings/seminars.
-Assist real estate investors with the investment process, and provide information regarding the real estate investment opportunities.
-Provide educational information for potential investors
-Company will provide a certain number of leads.
-Facilitate follow-up phone calls/emails to company leads.
-Coordinate real estate purchase transaction from reservation to close of escrow (COE)
-Report transaction/lead status to management.
Compensation:
-Full-time position.
-Marketing consulting fee paid based on performance.
-No desk fees. No franchise fees.
-The ideal agent will have the potential for six-figure income!
