I am very interested in purchasing NEW multi units for sale. We are asking for no less than 7 or more units of condos, single family homes, and townhomes. The prices we are looking for would be $100,000 to $300,000 per unit with no more than a 50% LTV ratio. The appraisal price should be included along with the year built, lot size, square footage and if the house needs any work done. The developers final settling price would be needed for a fast transaction due to the fact that I have to relay this information and we would like to get everything up front so we don't have to go back and forth with information trading. We would like to state that we complete our business transactions with 100% confidentiality for your benefit. We also like to comlete our transactions as fast as possible so the payment can be made in as little as 2 weeks time.
