There are a couple of different types of aged shelf corporations available; the majority of our entities are in good standing, some are not. There is a benefit to being behind with the State – you can file the necessary documents to bring it current, and increase your history with the entity on public record. Some entities also have established bank accounts and tax returns – these are a bit more expensive, but worth the cost if you’ve got an investment you’re trying to fund through a corporation instead of taking on the risk personally.
