I’m the owner of Ron’s Game World in Oak Harbor WA, formally in Ferndale WA. We are a family owned business and after nearly five years I have decided to sell my inventory, shelf unites, cabinets, the TVs, the Computers and the POS software, website and the Signs. I’m finishing up my schooling and am looking forward to a new carrier in the Criminal Justice field. But before I can do this I need to sell my business. There is about $70,000 in inventory and assets. Everything is included in the sale.
We are currently located in a 1000sq foot building, with a nice sized back room. There is seven months left on the lease with an option to renew in 1 year increments for the next 3 years without a price increase. If you don’t want to stay in this location then the asking price is $75,000 for everything. If you want to keep the business in the same location we are willing to drop the price to $70,000.
