Nemeiben Lake is 14 miles north of LaRonge, SK (excellent shopping, hospital and other amenities). This cabin is 6 miles from the main dock through water that can be easily travelled in all weather conditions. All cabins on Nemeiben Lake must be a minimum of 1 mile apart.
The cabin sits on a peninsula; enjoy lake view from 3 sides. The cabin is approx 1008 sq with the main floor area aprox. 720 sf (30’ X 24’). The upper loft area is 12’ x 24 (288 sf) and overlooks the living area and fresh air brick fireplace. The loft has its own deck accessed through patio doors and is accented by windows in the dormers. The cabin is insulated for winter enjoyment and is easily heated with wood using the installed Valley Comfort. Access by snowmobile or plowed winter road for excellent ice-fishing or a Christmas experience unlike any other.

The cabin is completely furnished! All you need to bring is your fishing rods and a filleting knife! A 16' Aluminium Starcraft Open Bow boat with a 90 hp Johnson outboard, Honda generator, Honda trike and trailer, two boats and 1 motor (Wilkinson Lake), tools, bbq, etc. etc. are included!
